List your catalogue, set your pricing, and sell to a connected industry network.
Build the relational infrastructure that links your organisation to partners, suppliers and customers - and run it all in one place.
Everything you need to manage products, catalogues, and collaborate with partners
Create and manage comprehensive product catalogues with rich media, specifications, and pricing. Organise products hierarchically and share instantly with partners.
Keep teams and partners aligned with real-time messaging. Organisation channels, direct messages, and AI-assisted threads let stakeholders coordinate deals, share files, and resolve questions without ever leaving the platform.
Build powerful business networks. Share catalogues, coordinate deals, and collaborate with partners in secure consortium spaces.
Each organisation plugs in its preferred AI provider — OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or DeepSeek — and gets a built-in assistant that answers product questions, summarises documents, drafts content, and streams responses directly inside chat. Per-model usage tracking keeps spend transparent, and an organisation administrator can review every AI service from organisation settings and switch the assistant off across the organisation.
Publish releases, updates, and announcements in one place. A rich-text editor with slash commands, multi-language posts, and targeted distribution keeps partners and members informed without inbox noise — and you can embed forms and events directly in any post.
Build forms, surveys, and polls in one editor — short text, ratings, money, dates, image choice, and more. Share a public link or QR code, invite people by email, or embed a form in any news post, then run it as a campaign and review responses as summaries, graphs, and CSV or Excel exports.
Plan and promote events with a built-in calendar. Recurring events, ticketing and RSVPs, ICS subscriptions, two-way Google Calendar sync, and one-click embedding into posts keep partners and members in the loop.
Manage NDAs, reseller agreements, distribution deals, and employment contracts end-to-end. AI-assisted PDF analysis extracts key terms, OpenSign-powered digital signatures close the loop, and a complete audit trail keeps every agreement traceable.
Visualise products, partners, and assets across the globe. GPS-tagged markers, location-based filtering, and timezone-aware timestamps turn geography into actionable business intelligence.
Automate the repetitive parts of your business. Configurable workflows orchestrate enquiries, quotes, deliveries, notifications, and cross-organisation handoffs so your team focuses on decisions, not data entry.

Most industrial businesses are not choosing between platforms. They are choosing between a platform and the phone, email and spreadsheets they already use.
| Capability | IndustryShop | Generic catalogue software | Phone, email and spreadsheets |
|---|---|---|---|
| Product catalogue | Hierarchical products with rich media, specifications, and price lists with quantity breaks | Usually its core strength - a solid catalogue for one company | Spreadsheets and PDFs that are out of date the moment they are emailed |
| Enquiries and quotes | Enquiry to quote to delivery on configurable workflows, including cross-organisation handoffs | Enquiries and orders tracked inside your own organisation | Email threads and phone calls, with the status sitting in someone's inbox |
| Working with partners | Secure consortium spaces where partner organisations share catalogues and price lists and run deals together | Partner access through a portal or a file export | Shared drives, forwarded attachments and a lot of trust |
| Contracts and signatures | NDAs, reseller and distribution agreements with AI-assisted PDF analysis, digital signing and a full audit trail | Normally out of scope - a separate e-signature product | Print, sign, scan, and hope you can find it again |
| Conversations | Real-time organisation channels and direct messages, right beside the products being discussed | Comments on a record, while the real conversation moves to email | Calls and inboxes that nobody else on the team can see |
| AI assistance | Bring your own provider - OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini or DeepSeek - with per-model usage tracking | Where offered, the vendor's own model on the vendor's terms | Not part of the picture |
| News, forms and events | Newsletters, forms, surveys and polls, and events with ticketing and calendar sync, targeted at the people you choose | Separate marketing, survey and events subscriptions | A mail merge, a survey link and a calendar invite |
| Getting started | A free plan, a free trial on paid plans, and 10% off annual billing | Per-seat licensing, usually with an implementation step first | Free, until you count the hours |
Every IndustryShop capability listed here is described elsewhere on this page.
The things people actually ask before signing up, answered plainly - including the awkward ones.
A B2B collaboration platform for organisations that sell to other organisations. You keep a product catalogue with real specifications and price lists, share it with the partners you choose, and run enquiries, quotes and contracts against it in one place.
The catalogue that lives in a spreadsheet, the price list that lives in somebody's email, and the quote that lives in a PDF nobody can find. IndustryShop puts all three where your partners can see them, so an enquiry becomes a quote becomes a signed contract without leaving the system or re-keying anything.
No. It runs in any modern browser at app.industry.shop. The iOS and Android apps are in final testing and will be in the app stores shortly. There is nothing to host and nothing for your IT team to run.
There is a free plan for a single member with 1GB of storage. Professional and Business are paid monthly per organisation and include a free trial; Business adds the AI features. Enterprise is custom-priced with annual billing. Annual billing saves 10%. The pricing section above always shows the current live prices.
That is the normal starting point. You import what you have and build from there - hierarchical SKUs, specifications, rich media, and price lists with quantity breaks. You do not have to rebuild your catalogue to begin, and you do not have to move all of it at once.
A private shared space where a specific set of partner organisations can see each other's catalogues and price lists and run deals together. Everything outside that space stays isolated. Sharing a consortium with someone does not give them access to the rest of your data.
Not available yet. It is on the roadmap: when it ships it will let you treat inventory across several physical locations as one logical warehouse without operating those warehouses yourself. If you are evaluating us for multi-location inventory sync today, that part is not here.
Manufacturing (bills of materials, multi-level hierarchies, supplier collaboration), distribution (large catalogues, price lists, partner portals), retail (rich-media catalogues, seasonal planning, vendor networks), and technology (complex specifications, configuration management, channel partners). If you sell a simple product direct to consumers, this is more platform than you need.
The web app at app.industry.shop, in any modern browser. The iOS and Android apps are in final testing. There is also a public store at app.industry.shop/shop where buyers can browse seller catalogues without an account at all.
It will not sync inventory across your locations, forecast demand, or optimise your pricing - those are roadmap, not features. It will not expose one organisation's data to another just because they share a consortium. It will not turn an enquiry into a binding order on its own: a person still quotes and a person still signs. And it is not an accounting system.
Create an account at app.industry.shop/registration, set up your organisation, import or build your catalogue, then invite the suppliers, distributors and partners you want in your consortium. The free plan costs nothing and the paid plans start with a trial.
IndustryShop Pty Ltd, an Australian company (ABN 68 698 472 025), founded in July 2025 and publicly launched on 1 July 2026. Identity is Keycloak-backed, with role-based access control, audit trails, and encryption in transit and at rest.
Join the growing number of vendors already using IndustryShop to streamline their operations
Built by industry insiders to solve the real problems we lived through every day.
IndustryShop began in July 2025, born from decades of frustration inside the electronics manufacturing and distribution industry. Founder Adam Crow had spent his career watching capable manufacturers, distributors and resellers struggle with the same broken workflows: scattered product data, slow enquiry handoffs, opaque pricing, and tools that simply weren't built for how the industry actually trades.
Existing platforms forced industrial businesses to choose between heavyweight enterprise systems they couldn't afford and lightweight retail tools that had no concept of consortiums, technical specifications, quantity break pricing, or multi-organisation workflows. Engineers wasted hours stitching together spreadsheets, PDFs and emails just to quote a single job.
We started IndustryShop to give electronics manufacturers, distributors and their customers a single, modern platform purpose-built for the way the industry really works - rich product catalogues, transparent partnerships through consortiums, fast technical enquiries, and a mobile-first experience that travels with the engineer to the factory floor or the customer site.
Today IndustryShop is used by organisations who want their product information, partners and customers to all live in one trusted place. We are still small, still independent, and still building hand-in-hand with the people we serve.
Started with a clear mission: fix what's broken in industrial e-commerce.
Designed for electronics manufacturers, distributors and resellers - not bolted-on retail.
Every feature comes from real workflows, real partners and real feedback.
